Peter 1Pe_01_01 {Peter}, an apostle of Jesus Christ, to the strangers scattered throughout Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia,

Peter 2Pe_01_01 Simon {Peter}, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ:

Peter Act_03_12 And when {Peter} saw [it], he answered unto the people, Ye men of Israel, why marvel ye at this? or why look ye so earnestly on us, as though by our own power or holiness we had made this man to walk?

Peter Act_03_01 Now {Peter} and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer, [being] the ninth [hour].

Peter Act_03_03 Who seeing {Peter} and John about to go into the temple asked an alms.

Peter Act_04_08 Then {Peter}, filled with the Holy Ghost, said unto them, Ye rulers of the people, and elders of Israel,

Peter Act_01_15 And in those days {Peter} stood up in the midst of the disciples, and said, (the number of names together were about an hundred and twenty,)

Peter Act_02_14 But {Peter}, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judaea, and all [ye] that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words:

Peter Act_01_13 And when they were come in, they went up into an upper room, where abode both {Peter}, and James, and John, and Andrew, Philip, and Thomas, Bartholomew, and Matthew, James [the son] of Alphaeus, and Simon Zelotes, and Judas [the brother] of James.

Peter Act_02_37 Now when they heard [this], they were pricked in their heart, and said unto {Peter} and to the rest of the apostles, Men [and] brethren, what shall we do?

Peter Act_03_11 And as the lame man which was healed held {Peter} and John, all the people ran together unto them in the porch that is called Solomon's, greatly wondering.

Peter Act_02_38 Then {Peter} said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Peter Act_03_06 Then {Peter} said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.

Peter Act_03_04 And {Peter}, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us.

Peter Act_04_13 Now when they saw the boldness of {Peter} and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.

Peter Act_04_19 But {Peter} and John answered and said unto them, Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye.

Peter Act_05_03 But {Peter} said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back [part] of the price of the land?

Peter Act_05_08 And {Peter} answered unto her, Tell me whether ye sold the land for so much? And she said, Yea, for so much.

Peter Act_05_09 Then {Peter} said unto her, How is it that ye have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? behold, the feet of them which have buried thy husband [are] at the door, and shall carry thee out.

Peter Act_08_14 Now when the apostles which were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent unto them {Peter} and John:

Peter Act_09_32 And it came to pass, as {Peter} passed throughout all [quarters], he came down also to the saints which dwelt at Lydda.

Peter Act_08_20 But {Peter} said unto him, Thy money perish with thee, because thou hast thought that the gift of God may be purchased with money.

Peter Act_09_34 And {Peter} said unto him, AEneas, Jesus Christ maketh thee whole: arise, and make thy bed. And he arose immediately.

Peter Act_09_38 And forasmuch as Lydda was nigh to Joppa, and the disciples had heard that {Peter} was there, they sent unto him two men, desiring [him] that he would not delay to come to them.

Peter Act_09_39 Then {Peter} arose and went with them. When he was come, they brought him into the upper chamber: and all the widows stood by him weeping, and showing the coats and garments which Dorcas made, while she was with them.

Peter Act_10_09 On the morrow, as they went on their journey, and drew nigh unto the city, {Peter} went up upon the housetop to pray about the sixth hour:

Peter Act_10_13 And there came a voice to him, Rise, {Peter}; kill, and eat.

Peter Act_10_19 While {Peter} thought on the vision, the Spirit said unto him, Behold, three men seek thee.

Peter Act_10_21 Then {Peter} went down to the men which were sent unto him from Cornelius; and said, Behold, I am he whom ye seek: what [is] the cause wherefore ye are come?

Peter Act_10_23 Then called he them in, and lodged [them]. And on the morrow {Peter} went away with them, and certain brethren from Joppa accompanied him.

Peter Act_10_25 And as {Peter} was coming in, Cornelius met him, and fell down at his feet, and worshipped [him].

Peter Act_05_15 Insomuch that they brought forth the sick into the streets, and laid [them] on beds and couches, that at the least the shadow of {Peter} passing by might overshadow some of them.

Peter Act_09_40 But Peter put them all forth, and kneeled down, and prayed; and turning [him] to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes: and when she saw {Peter}, she sat up.

Peter Act_09_40 But {Peter} put them all forth, and kneeled down, and prayed; and turning [him] to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes: and when she saw Peter, she sat up.

Peter Act_10_05 And now send men to Joppa, and call for [one] Simon, whose surname is {Peter}:

Peter Act_10_14 But {Peter} said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean.

Peter Act_10_17 Now while {Peter} doubted in himself what this vision which he had seen should mean, behold, the men which were sent from Cornelius had made inquiry for Simon's house, and stood before the gate,

Peter Act_10_18 And called, and asked whether Simon, which was surnamed {Peter}, were lodged there.

Peter Act_10_26 But {Peter} took him up, saying, Stand up; I myself also am a man.

Peter Act_12_13 And as {Peter} knocked at the door of the gate, a damsel came to hearken, named Rhoda.

Peter Act_12_14 And when she knew Peter's voice, she opened not the gate for gladness, but ran in, and told how {Peter} stood before the gate.

Peter Act_05_29 Then {Peter} and the [other] apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.

Peter Act_10_32 Send therefore to Joppa, and call hither Simon, whose surname is {Peter}; he is lodged in the house of [one] Simon a tanner by the sea side: who, when he cometh, shall speak unto thee.

Peter Act_10_34 Then {Peter} opened [his] mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:

Peter Act_10_44 While {Peter} yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word.

Peter Act_10_45 And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with {Peter}, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Peter Act_10_46 For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then answered {Peter},

Peter Act_11_02 And when {Peter} was come up to Jerusalem, they that were of the circumcision contended with him,

Peter Act_11_04 But {Peter} rehearsed [the matter] from the beginning, and expounded [it] by order unto them, saying,

Peter Act_11_07 And I heard a voice saying unto me, Arise, {Peter}; slay and eat.

Peter Act_11_13 And he showed us how he had seen an angel in his house, which stood and said unto him, Send men to Joppa, and call for Simon, whose surname is {Peter};

Peter Act_12_03 And because he saw it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to take {Peter} also. (Then were the days of unleavened bread.)

Peter Act_12_05 {Peter} therefore was kept in prison: but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him.

Peter Act_12_06 And when Herod would have brought him forth, the same night {Peter} was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains: and the keepers before the door kept the prison.

Peter Act_12_07 And, behold, the angel of the Lord came upon [him], and a light shined in the prison: and he smote {Peter} on the side, and raised him up, saying, Arise up quickly. And his chains fell off from [his] hands.

Peter Act_12_11 And when {Peter} was come to himself, he said, Now I know of a surety, that the Lord hath sent his angel, and hath delivered me out of the hand of Herod, and [from] all the expectation of the people of the Jews.

Peter Act_12_16 But {Peter} continued knocking: and when they had opened [the door], and saw him, they were astonished.

Peter Act_12_18 Now as soon as it was day, there was no small stir among the soldiers, what was become of {Peter}.

Peter Act_15_07 And when there had been much disputing, {Peter} rose up, and said unto them, Men [and] brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe.

Peter Gal_01_18 Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to see {Peter}, and abode with him fifteen days.

Peter Gal_02_07 But contrariwise, when they saw that the gospel of the uncircumcision was committed unto me, as [the gospel] of the circumcision [was] unto {Peter};

Peter Gal_02_08 (For he that wrought effectually in {Peter} to the apostleship of the circumcision, the same was mighty in me toward the Gentiles:)

Peter Gal_02_11 But when {Peter} was come to Antioch, I withstood him to the face, because he was to be blamed.

Peter Gal_02_14 But when I saw that they walked not uprightly according to the truth of the gospel, I said unto {Peter} before [them] all, If thou, being a Jew, livest after the manner of Gentiles, and not as do the Jews, why compellest thou the Gentiles to live as do the Jews?

Peter Joh_18_26 One of the servants of the high priest, being [his] kinsman whose ear {Peter} cut off, saith, Did not I see thee in the garden with him?

Peter Joh_18_27 {Peter} then denied again: and immediately the cock crew.

Peter Joh_21_17 He saith unto him the third time, Simon, [son] of Jonas, lovest thou me? {Peter} was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

Peter Joh_21_21 {Peter} seeing him saith to Jesus, Lord, and what [shall] this man [do]?

Peter Joh_20_06 Then cometh Simon {Peter} following him, and went into the sepulchre, and seeth the linen clothes lie,

Peter Joh_21_02 There were together Simon {Peter}, and Thomas called Didymus, and Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, and the [sons] of Zebedee, and two other of his disciples.

Peter Joh_18_18 And the servants and officers stood there, who had made a fire of coals; for it was cold: and they warmed themselves: and {Peter} stood with them, and warmed himself.

Peter Joh_18_25 And Simon {Peter} stood and warmed himself. They said therefore unto him, Art not thou also [one] of his disciples? He denied [it], and said, I am not.

Peter Joh_20_02 Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon {Peter}, and to the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him.

Peter Joh_21_03 Simon {Peter} saith unto them, I go a fishing. They say unto him, We also go with thee. They went forth, and entered into a ship immediately; and that night they caught nothing.

Peter Joh_21_07 Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved saith unto {Peter}, It is the Lord. Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he girt [his] fisher's coat [unto him], (for he was naked,) and did cast himself into the sea.

Peter Joh_21_11 Simon {Peter} went up, and drew the net to land full of great fishes, an hundred and fifty and three: and for all there were so many, yet was not the net broken.

Peter Joh_21_15 So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon {Peter}, Simon, [son] of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs.

Peter Joh_21_20 Then {Peter}, turning about, seeth the disciple whom Jesus loved following; which also leaned on his breast at supper, and said, Lord, which is he that betrayeth thee?

Peter Joh_18_17 Then saith the damsel that kept the door unto {Peter}, Art not thou also [one] of this man's disciples? He saith, I am not.

Peter Joh_20_03 {Peter} therefore went forth, and that other disciple, and came to the sepulchre.

Peter Joh_20_04 So they ran both together: and the other disciple did outrun {Peter}, and came first to the sepulchre.

Peter Joh_21_07 Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved saith unto Peter, It is the Lord. Now when Simon {Peter} heard that it was the Lord, he girt [his] fisher's coat [unto him], (for he was naked,) and did cast himself into the sea.

Peter Joh_18_11 Then said Jesus unto {Peter}, Put up thy sword into the sheath: the cup which my Father hath given me, shall I not drink it?

Peter Joh_18_15 And Simon {Peter} followed Jesus, and [so did] another disciple: that disciple was known unto the high priest, and went in with Jesus into the palace of the high priest.

Peter Joh_18_16 But Peter stood at the door without. Then went out that other disciple, which was known unto the high priest, and spake unto her that kept the door, and brought in {Peter}.

Peter Joh_18_16 But {Peter} stood at the door without. Then went out that other disciple, which was known unto the high priest, and spake unto her that kept the door, and brought in Peter.

Peter Joh_13_37 {Peter} said unto him, Lord, why cannot I follow thee now? I will lay down my life for thy sake.

Peter Joh_18_10 Then Simon {Peter} having a sword drew it, and smote the high priest's servant, and cut off his right ear. The servant's name was Malchus.

Peter Joh_01_44 Now Philip was of Bethsaida, the city of Andrew and {Peter}.

Peter Joh_13_08 {Peter} saith unto him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Jesus answered him, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me.

Peter Joh_13_09 Simon {Peter} saith unto him, Lord, not my feet only, but also [my] hands and [my] head.

Peter Joh_13_36 Simon {Peter} said unto him, Lord, whither goest thou? Jesus answered him, Whither I go, thou canst not follow me now; but thou shalt follow me afterwards.

Peter Joh_13_06 Then cometh he to Simon {Peter}: and Peter saith unto him, Lord, dost thou wash my feet?

Peter Joh_13_24 Simon {Peter} therefore beckoned to him, that he should ask who it should be of whom he spake.

Peter Joh_06_68 Then Simon {Peter} answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.

Peter Joh_13_06 Then cometh he to Simon Peter: and {Peter} saith unto him, Lord, dost thou wash my feet?

Peter Luk_05_08 When Simon {Peter} saw [it], he fell down at Jesus' knees, saying, Depart from me; for I am a sinful man, O Lord.

Peter Luk_06_14 Simon, (whom he also named {Peter},) and Andrew his brother, James and John, Philip and Bartholomew,

Peter Luk_08_45 And Jesus said, Who touched me? When all denied, {Peter} and they that were with him said, Master, the multitude throng thee and press [thee], and sayest thou, Who touched me?

Peter Luk_22_61 And the Lord turned, and looked upon {Peter}. And Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how he had said unto him, Before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice.

Peter Luk_22_62 And {Peter} went out, and wept bitterly.

Peter Luk_24_12 Then arose {Peter}, and ran unto the sepulchre; and stooping down, he beheld the linen clothes laid by themselves, and departed, wondering in himself at that which was come to pass.

Peter Luk_08_51 And when he came into the house, he suffered no man to go in, save {Peter}, and James, and John, and the father and the mother of the maiden.

Peter Luk_09_20 He said unto them, But whom say ye that I am? {Peter} answering said, The Christ of God.

Peter Luk_09_33 And it came to pass, as they departed from him, {Peter} said unto Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias: not knowing what he said.

Peter Luk_22_34 And he said, I tell thee, {Peter}, the cock shall not crow this day, before that thou shalt thrice deny that thou knowest me.

Peter Luk_22_61 And the Lord turned, and looked upon Peter. And {Peter} remembered the word of the Lord, how he had said unto him, Before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice.

Peter Luk_22_08 And he sent {Peter} and John, saying, Go and prepare us the passover, that we may eat.

Peter Luk_22_60 And {Peter} said, Man, I know not what thou sayest. And immediately, while he yet spake, the cock crew.

Peter Luk_09_32 But {Peter} and they that were with him were heavy with sleep: and when they were awake, they saw his glory, and the two men that stood with him.

Peter Luk_22_54 Then took they him, and led [him], and brought him into the high priest's house. And {Peter} followed afar off.

Peter Luk_22_55 And when they had kindled a fire in the midst of the hall, and were set down together, {Peter} sat down among them.

Peter Luk_22_58 And after a little while another saw him, and said, Thou art also of them. And {Peter} said, Man, I am not.

Peter Luk_09_28 And it came to pass about an eight days after these sayings, he took {Peter} and John and James, and went up into a mountain to pray.

Peter Luk_18_28 Then {Peter} said, Lo, we have left all, and followed thee.

Peter Luk_12_41 Then {Peter} said unto him, Lord, speakest thou this parable unto us, or even to all?

Peter Mar_14_37 And he cometh, and findeth them sleeping, and saith unto {Peter}, Simon, sleepest thou? couldest not thou watch one hour?

Peter Mar_14_72 And the second time the cock crew. And {Peter} called to mind the word that Jesus said unto him, Before the cock crow twice, thou shalt deny me thrice. And when he thought thereon, he wept.

Peter Mar_16_07 But go your way, tell his disciples and {Peter} that he goeth before you into Galilee: there shall ye see him, as he said unto you.

Peter Mar_10_28 Then {Peter} began to say unto him, Lo, we have left all, and have followed thee.

Peter Mar_11_21 And {Peter} calling to remembrance saith unto him, Master, behold, the fig tree which thou cursedst is withered away.

Peter Mar_13_03 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives over against the temple, {Peter} and James and John and Andrew asked him privately,

Peter Mar_09_02 And after six days Jesus taketh [with him] {Peter}, and James, and John, and leadeth them up into an high mountain apart by themselves: and he was transfigured before them.

Peter Mar_09_05 And {Peter} answered and said to Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias.

Peter Mar_08_32 And he spake that saying openly. And {Peter} took him, and began to rebuke him.

Peter Mar_08_33 But when he had turned about and looked on his disciples, he rebuked {Peter}, saying, Get thee behind me, Satan: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but the things that be of men.

Peter Mar_14_29 But {Peter} said unto him, Although all shall be offended, yet [will] not I.

Peter Mar_14_33 And he taketh with him {Peter} and James and John, and began to be sore amazed, and to be very heavy;

Peter Mar_14_54 And {Peter} followed him afar off, even into the palace of the high priest: and he sat with the servants, and warmed himself at the fire.

Peter Mar_14_66 And as {Peter} was beneath in the palace, there cometh one of the maids of the high priest:

Peter Mar_14_67 And when she saw {Peter} warming himself, she looked upon him, and said, And thou also wast with Jesus of Nazareth.

Peter Mar_14_70 And he denied it again. And a little after, they that stood by said again to {Peter}, Surely thou art [one] of them: for thou art a Galilaean, and thy speech agreeth [thereto].

Peter Mar_03_16 And Simon he surnamed {Peter};

Peter Mar_08_29 And he saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And {Peter} answereth and saith unto him, Thou art the Christ.

trumpeters 2Ch_05_13 It came even to pass, as the {trumpeters} and singers [were] as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD; and when they lifted up [their] voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the LORD, [saying], For [he is] good; for his mercy [endureth] for ever: that [then] the house was filled with a cloud, [even] the house of the LORD;

trumpeters Rev_18_22 And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and {trumpeters}, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft [he be], shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee;

trumpeters 2Ch_29_28 And all the congregation worshipped, and the singers sang, and the {trumpeters} sounded: [and] all [this continued] until the burnt offering was finished.

trumpeters 2Ki_11_14 And when she looked, behold, the king stood by a pillar, as the manner [was], and the princes and the {trumpeters} by the king, and all the people of the land rejoiced, and blew with trumpets: and Athaliah rent her clothes, and cried, Treason, Treason.
